Introduction

SungKyunKwan Public Enterprise Program(SPEP21) was established in 1997, in order to deal with change and demand from the public sector. Mid-high managers from public & private sector are attending this program. It emphasizes management capacity and networks among participators. This Program has 2 different goals. First, promoting managers'capacity to become a global leader. Second, performance oriented service mind and quality management skills.

Curriculum

• Focused on Auditing and Management evaluation for public enterprise.
  - Public virtue and transformation of public sector
• Enhancement of Mid-high managers' capacity.
  - Organizational management, performance management, leadership and human resource development
• Educational program, CEO lecture
  - Through industry inspection tours, seminars and peer activities, participators learning vital management strategy and forming solid networks

SPEP21 Program had established in 1997, for enhancing leadership and professionalism which required to public sector managers. We already have produced more than 400 graduated students.

The purpose of this program is to create competent leaders who are suitable for 'Governance Paradigm' in this 21st century. Along to this governance paradigm, we pursue both theoretical and practical side of our curriculum.

Another unique characteristic of this program is high level of human network. Forming an effective network, only around 20 managers can attend each semester. Moreover, the trip for industry inspection also affects formation of the network.

I hope that SPEP21 would be a great opportunity to managers'for raising their necessary capacity and virtues.
