제3회 Platform Governance 논문경진대회

성균관대학교 국정전문대학원 BK21 FOUR 교육연구단은 제3회 Platform Governance 논문경진대회를 개최합니다.

‘VUCA(Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity)’ 시대에 직면하여 정부는 기술을 활용하여 다양한 주체들 간에 원활한 정보 공유와 소통을 기반으로 새로운 가치를 창출하는 기제로 ‘플랫폼’이 각광받음에 따라 행정 및 정책의 각 영역에도 플랫폼의 개념이 적용되고 있습니다. 본 논문경진대회는 이러한 시대적 흐름에 맞춰 정부의 민첩성과 대응성을 향상시키기 위한 대안으로써 행정 및 정책의 각 영역에 적용되고 있는 플랫폼에 대한 연구를 진작시키는 것을 목적으로 하고 있습니다.

최우수상(1명): 상장, 상금(편당 150만원)

우 수 상(2명): 상장, 상금(편당 100만원)

논문평가기준

논제에 대한 적절성과 충실성, 연구자료의 신뢰성, 연구결과의 활용성과 기여도 등을 종합적으로 평가

※ 응모논문은 PPT, 논문 형태로 신청할 수 있음

※ 타 학술지 및 논문집, 학회발표, 학위논문 등에 발표되지 않은 것이어야 함

The BK21 FOUR Education & Research Group of the Graduate School of Governance at Sungkyunkwan University is hosting the 3rd Platform Governance Paper Competition.

In the era of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), platforms have gained attention as mechanisms through which governments utilize technology to create new value based on smooth information sharing and communication among diverse stakeholders. Accordingly, the concept of platforms is being applied across various areas of public administration and policy.

This paper competition aims to promote research on platforms applied to various fields of administration and policy as an alternative to enhancing governmental agility and responsiveness in line with these contemporary trends.

Paper Topics

Free topics related to: platform, platform governance, government platforms, policy-sector-specific platforms, policy-sector-specific governance, Digital Government, living labs, public service innovation, public policy delivery systems, social value, policy problem-solving

Eligibility

As of January 2026, current students of the Graduate School of Governance, Sungkyunkwan University

(individual or joint submissions are permitted)

Paper Submission Deadline: January 13, 2026

Paper Presentation & Award Ceremony: January 23, 2026, scheduled for 12:00 PM

Grand Prize (1 recipient): Certificate, Prize Money (KRW 1,500,000 per paper)

Excellence Award (2 recipients): Certificate, Prize Money (KRW 1,000,000 per paper)

Encouragement Award (2 recipients): Certificate, Prize Money (KRW 700,000 per paper)

Merit Award (3 recipients): Certificate, Prize Money (KRW 500,000 per paper)

Evaluation Criteria

Submissions will be comprehensively evaluated based on the appropriateness and completeness of the topic, reliability of research data, and the applicability and contribution of the research results.

※ Submissions may be made in the form of a PPT or a paper.

※ Submitted works must not have been previously published in academic journals, conference proceedings, academic society presentations, or degree theses.
