PSU Dual Degree

Introduction

In 2021, the Graduate School of Governance(GSG) signed a MOU with Pennsylvania State University to develop a dual degree program for full time students.

All courses will be taught in English at both institutions for the dual degree program. Students participating in thus program will study their first and second semesters here in the GSG, while studying abroad at Pennsylvania State University during their third and fourth semesters. Upon successful completion of their courseworks, students will obtain M.A. degrees from both the Graduate School of Governance at SungKyunKwan University and the Graduate School of Pennsylvania State University.
