Mission

SSK Aging Society with Low Birthrate Research Team(hereafter, SSK ASLB Team) was selected in the field of Low Birthrate and Aging Society of "Social Science Korea Program" by Korea Research Foundation in 2011. The research focus of SSK ASLB Team is on human service delivery network in the era of aging society with low birthrate from the perspective of network governance.

Research Purpose

SSK SALB Team pursues "generative social science". After gathering various data from empirical studies about patterns of population changes as well as human service demands in Korean society, SSK ASLB Team will develop a simulation model of changing patterns of population and human service demands in Korean society to predict the population change and human service demands in the future.
